Baby, it's dark outside

I hate Daylight Savings Time. I've been awake for 45 minutes, and it's still pitch black outside. It will not yet be fully light in an hour when I leave for work.

Leaving for work in the dark is a mixed bag for me. It makes some small part of me feel like I'm up and ready for the world before anyone else, a fantasy that will be shattered into a million pieces the second I get on the Beltline. It just makes the rest of me want to go back to bed.
