The Well of Original Ideas has officially run dry

I just saw a promo for a new ABC show called Wipeout, wherein contestants do all manner of weird and wacky stunts.

It's just MXC without the witty commentary. So really, it's just an American remake of Takeshi's Castle, which is 20 years old.
